Data Integrity &
Privacy Architecture.
At Structureva, we view data privacy as an engineering challenge rather than a compliance hurdle. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard information within our Turkish gaming studio ecosystem and across our specialized application portfolio.
Telemetry that cannot be traced back to a specific player ID or hardware fingerprint, used strictly for FPS and latency optimization.
Technical specifications of your mobile device. We store this to ensure our high-poly renders don't exceed your battery constraints.
Adherence to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu), the gold standard for Turkish digital operations.
External SDKs for crash reporting or cloud saving. We audit these quarterly for strict structural alignment with our privacy stack.
What We Capture and Why.
Structureva designs software that performs optimally under real-world constraints. To achieve this, we collect minimal "Technical Vitals." This includes device model, OS version, and network performance data (ping, packet loss). This data is the architecture upon which we build better Turkish gaming experiences.
We do not collect government IDs, biometric data, or private communication logs. If a user contacts us via email, we process the provided name and address solely for resolution. Within our game ecosystems, we track player progress and achievements to synchronize cross-device sessions—a necessity for modern, high-intensity gaming habits.
Core Principle: The Minimal Viable Data (MVD) approach.
"If the data point does not directly improve the player's frame rate, save-state reliability, or latency—we don't store it. Our engineering culture values structural integrity over data hoarding."
Structural Safeguards.
Data security is not a feature; it is the foundation. Every piece of encrypted information is stored on high-performance servers compliant with Turkish digital tax laws and global security standards. We implement AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
Our Istanbul HQ conducts monthly penetration testing. We acknowledge that no system is 100% impenetrable, but our structural redundancy ensures that localized failures do not compromise the wider player ecosystem.

The Privacy Matrix
| Retention Period | 24 Months Max |
| Third Party Sale | Prohibited |
| GDPR Mapping | 1:1 Alignment |
| Access Requests | Processed in 72h |
We architect software for performance, not surveillance.
"Player trust is a non-renewable resource. In the Turkish gaming market, where community and loyalty are everything, a single breach or misuse of data can compromise years of structural engineering work. We choose safety by design."
We maintain absolute transparency regarding our monetization models. Our privacy policy ensures that user analytics are never leveraged to create predatory loops or compromise battery life through background processing.

Your Rights as a Player.
Under KVKK and GDPR regulations, you hold sovereign control over your digital footprint. Structureva provides technical pathways for you to exercise these rights without friction.
01. Rectification
Correct inaccurate account metadata or technical logs tied to your profile.
02. Portability
Request a JSON/CSV manifest of your technical performance and in-game achievements.
03. Erasure
Initiate the "End-of-Life" (EOL) command for your data across all studio nodes.
04. Objection
Opt-out of specific telemetry nodes while maintaining core application functionality.
